Hi, I’m Jamie — the surveyor behind JWA Surveyors.
I provide independent, RICS-regulated property surveys across Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, helping buyers understand exactly what they are purchasing before they commit.
My approach is simple — be thorough, be clear, and give honest advice you can actually use.

My Background
Before starting JWA Surveyors, I spent nearly 7 years working for a national surveying firm, where I progressed to the role of Area Operations Manager.
In that role, I was responsible for managing a team of around 20 surveyors across West London, reviewing reports, maintaining standards, and dealing with a wide range of property types — from modern flats to complex period homes.
That experience gave me a clear understanding of:
What a good survey should look like
Where risks are often missed
What buyers actually need from a report
I set up JWA Surveyors to offer a more personal, consistent and straightforward service.
How I Work
When you instruct me, you deal with one surveyor from start to finish — me.
I carry out the inspection, write the report, and speak with you directly if you have any questions.
